Of all the projects Katja is currently leading, none captures her vision more clearly than Gmedia, an ambitious new media platform dedicated to the global energy sector. Set to launch in late 2025, Gmedia addresses a long-standing gap in how the world communicates about energy. The Gmedia Council Directory will serve as the foundation for the world’s top engineers and industry leaders, connecting innovators and implementers with capital, partnerships, and public engagement – to power the future.
In her world, complexity is a constant, and being decisive, strategic, and trusted is everything.
“Communicating during a crisis is more than a skill—it’s a responsibility,” Katja adds. “People don’t just want to be informed. They want to believe you have a plan. That’s where real leadership begins.”
