The President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, received the credentials of the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Abdiasis Mohamud Mohamed, and H.E. Archbishop Leopold Girelli, the Apostolic Nuncio.
The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the Republic of Croatia, based in Berlin, presented his credentials. The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia was accompanied by the Ambassador’s son, Zakaria AbdiAsis Mohamud. President Milanović was accompanied by the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Croatia for Foreign and European Policy, Neven Pelicarić, the authorized Director of the Directorate for European and International Law at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Gordana Vidović Mesarek, and the Assistant Advisor to the President of the Republic for Foreign and European Policy, Ivan Mutavdžić.
The Apostolic Nuncio was accompanied by the second advisor in the Apostolic Nunciature, Msgr. Alvaro Ernesto Izurieta y Sea.
