Following last year’s edition of the Business Forum on Hvar, the international conference Business Forum Dubrovnik 2025 will take place on 12th to 13th September 2025 at the Valamar President Hotel. The aim of the Business Forum Dubrovnik 2025 is to stimulate discussion and draw important conclusions on important topics such as the economy, tourism, energy and sports. In addition, the aim is to attract dignitaries and potential investors to Croatian tourism in the tourist post-season.
Four panels are planned to be held as part of the Business Forum: Where is the world economy heading? The impact of the world economy on Croatia and the region, Energy and the green transition, Overtourism in 2025: trends in the region, There is no biz like sport and showbiz: truth or myth? The importance of the Dubrovnik Business Forum has been recognized by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia, the Croatian National Tourist Board, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. Some of the confirmed panelists will be the Governor of the Croatian National Bank Boris Vujčić, Minister of Tourism and Sports Tonči Glavina, President of the Croatian Olympic Committee Zlatko Mateša, President of the Fund for Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Luka Balen, President of the Supervisory Board of Hajduk Ljubo Pavasović Visković, Adidas Design Director Vincent Etcheverry, and many others.
