Zlatna Kuna—an award presented by the Croatian Chamber of Economy for business excellence—was awarded to the most successful Croatian companies based on their business results achieved in 2025. At a ceremony held at the Croatian National Theatre, marking the 30th anniversary edition of the Zlatna Kuna, awards were presented to companies that, through their results and innovation, strengthen the competitiveness of the national economy and enhance its visibility on the international market.

In the large enterprise category, the Zlatna Kuna went to DICE Digital Innovation Center, an Osijek-based company specializing in IT consulting and the development of complex software solutions and digital products. Their solutions are applied across various sectors, including healthcare, automotive, and defense. The most successful medium-sized company is CQV Systems from Brezje near Sveta Nedelja, an engineering firm specializing in the commissioning, qualification, and validation of utility systems, HVAC systems, and cleanrooms. In the small business category, the award was presented to Welding Piping Service from Jalkovec near Varaždin, a company providing installation services for industrial plants and piping systems. The most successful insurance company is Croatia Osiguranje.

The recipient of the Zlatna Kuna for Lifetime Achievement is Mirko Habijanec, Chairman of the Board of the construction company Radnik. He dedicated nearly five decades to advancing the operations of the Križevci-based company, and through his work, he made a significant contribution to the development of the Croatian economy and the construction profession.

Croatian firefighters and the Croatian Firefighting Association were presented with a special award—in the year marking the 150th anniversary of their organized operations—in recognition of their contribution to the safety and protection of Croatian citizens, as well as the protection of business entities, their assets, and their operations.
