Traditional September “jour fix” organized by AHK

On Thursday, September 28, the first jour-fix of the German-Croatian Industrial and Trade Chamber was held after the summer break. The event, traditionally organized by the exclusive member of Chamber Auto Croatia, marks the opening of the new Ford Trucks sales and service center, as well as the 25th anniversary of the Humanitarian Association SOS Children’s Village Croatia.
Many guests, more than 80, were welcomed by the Board of Directors of the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Dorotea Effenberger, and the Chief Executive Officer of Auto Group, Bogdan Tihava. Effenberger, also president of the board of directors of Tahograf’s co-owner, congratulated Auto Croatia for opening the Ford Trucks sales and service center, which Auto Croatia recently imports, but special congratulations to SOS Children’s Village Croatia, members of the Chamber that celebrates this year 25 anniversary of action. In addition to presenting the new Ford Center, Tihava has put the word of praise to the employees and employees of the Chamber, noting that things work great, although the Chamber has no directors for several months. Then, he invited the guests to make money donations for which the appropriate box was placed at the entrance to the SOS Children’s Village in Croatia, and although this appeal was completely spontaneous, the response was brilliant. The activities of this association, which has provided home to children without proper parental care since 1992, was then presented by Head of the Corporate Partnership of the Children’s Village Ljiljana Varga. The rest of the evening went into a pleasant gathering and exchanging ideas and experiences, of course with excellent food and drink.
