By presenting positive examples and great role models among women, the Digital Health Association wants to contribute to the evaluation of women’s work and success in health and IT but also in other health-related activities and innovations to encourage and support women in advancing their professional careers.

Besides, awareness of the rising number of women in leadership positions in health and IT will be increased.

The aim is to create a platform for recognizing, encouraging, rewarding, and promoting excellence, sharing knowledge and experiences of women, working in the field of digital health, to reduce the gender gap.
