Lactalis is squeezing out Dukat’s minority shareholders, a severance pay of HRK 928 per share

French Lactalis through its subsidiary B.S.A. International (BSAI) is going to squeeze out Dukat’s minority shareholders, who will receive a severance pay of HRK 928 per share, the Dukat General Assembly decided .

Dukat “informs the public that the company held an extraordinary general assembly on February 18, 2021, which adopted the draft decision as stated in the invitation to the general assembly,” reads a short announcement of the Zagreb dairy industry published via the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

Dukat has been majority owned by the French Lactalis Group since 2007, which through its subsidiary B.S.A. International, headquartered in Belgium, currently holds 2,859,923 shares or 95.33 percent of the shares of the Croatian dairy industry.

Minority shareholders hold 139,880 shares or 4.66 percent of Dukat shares, while Dukat itself owns 197 shares, or 0.00657 percent of shares
