The Supervisory Board of the Mercator Group has confirmed the new mandate of the Management Board of Mercator. Tomislav Čizmić, as the President of the Management Board, and Draga Cukjati and Igor Mamuza, as members of the Management Board, were given a new four-year term.
Fabris Peruško, Member of the Supervisory Board of Mercator and Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Fortenova Group, emphasized that the new mandate of the Management Board of Mercator is a recognition of the Management Board that Mercator has achieved key strategic goals in the last four years. stability.
