At Zagreb’s renowned Restaurant Noel, the ambassador of Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia, Kristijan Harjač, officially announced the new edition of the festival, taking place in Jastrebarsko on November 7–8. The evening offered a refined sparkling pairing featuring wines from this year’s exhibitors – a perfect introduction to what awaits at the Princess Center in Jastrebarsko.
During an exclusive dinner curated by Noel’s top culinary team, guests enjoyed a sparkling wine selection by Kristijan Harjač, Croatia’s best sommelier and festival ambassador. Following the great success of last year’s edition, Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia returns even richer, livelier, and more inspiring! On November 7 and 8, the Princess Center once again becomes the epicenter of Croatia’s and the international sparkling wine scene. This year’s edition brings together 26 exhibitors, presenting over 80 Croatian sparkling wines and more than 15 international labels, including highlights from Champagne, Italy, Slovenia, the USA, Tasmania, the UK, and other renowned wine regions.
World-Class Education
The professional program will feature five educational workshops, aimed at both professionals and enthusiasts eager to deepen their knowledge of sparkling wines. A special highlight is the participation of two Master Sommeliers – Tony Lecuroux (Switzerland) and Stefan Neumann (Austria) – who, alongside Suwi Zlatić, the Austrian sommelier of Croatian origin, form a top-level educational team.
Gastronomy & Entertainment
The gastronomic program is led by JRE Croatia chefs, serving exceptional dishes at promotional prices. Visitors can also enjoy live music performances on both days, creative sparkling cocktails in collaboration with Old Pilot’s Distillery, and a blind tasting competition for those seeking a fun challenge. Every hour, guided educational tours of the festival will be held in cooperation with the Croatian Sommelier Club, offering insights into the styles, regions, and winemakers represented at the event.
