18th PRO PR conference with the support of the International Public Relations Association

After a three-year break, caused by the COVID 19 virus, from June 1 to 4, the 18th PRO PR conference will be held in Podčetrtek at the Olimija Spa. Francis Ingham, President of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), will open the conference with an introductory lecture.

Berenschot. Scott Gould, consultant and author of The Form of Engagement, Maxim Behar, CEO and CEO of M3 Communications Group and partner of Hill + Knowlton Strategies, and Svetlana Stavreva, former president of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) will also give lectures.
Participants can expect a total of 17 lectures and 4 workshops. Andras Staniszlav, director of the consulting company PersonaR and president of the Hungarian Public Relations Association, will hold the first workshop Communication Strategy – How to Draft a Strategy in Changing Times. The second workshop entitled Using Data to Target Communication Strategies and Messages will be held by Chris Pomeroy, Director of Interface Tourism, the third workshop Elephant in the Room will be held by Urška Jež, director of Lighthouse consulting firm, and the fourth workshop Power of Mind – Intuition will be held by Ana Keglović Horvat, Director and founder of AKH Consulting.
The panel entitled “How to communicate responsibility” will be moderated and introduced by the editor-in-chief of Marketing magazine, Simona Kruhar Grabešček.
As part of the conference, the PRO PR Globe Awards will be presented to the winners from 2020, a total of 17 of them, as well as the Vision city award to Žalec and Vision manager Ms. Danica Zorin Mijošek, founder and until recently director of Aphrodite cosmetics.
This year’s conference is held under the motto “Rejuvenate yourself, rejuvenate public relation”. The conference organizer Apriori World expects 180 participants from Southeast Europe. As the president of the organizing committee, Danijel Koletić, pointed out: “it was challenging and a bit stressful to constantly postpone the conference, but we believed that the crown would come to an end. I would like to thank all our participants for their patience, in addition to the traditional connection and acquisition of new knowledge, they will have the opportunity to find time to gather new energy in the olimia spa in accordance with the motto of this year’s conference.
