“Croatia Full of Magic” – promotion of Croatian winter beauties and customs

Domestic and foreign followers of social networks can win a trip to Croatia in 2021.

The Croatian National Tourist Board has launched the communication platform “Croatia Full of Magic” on the social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, which will be implemented until mid-January 2021.

It is a communication that aims to maintain the presence and visibility of Croatia in the most important emitting markets by bringing together the holiday beauties and diversity of Croatian destinations in the winter. The goal is to bring our country closer to many followers on social networks through attractive staff as a “top of mind” destination that they will soon visit again or for the first time. As part of this communication platform, a creative competition will be held for all fans who follow the Croatia Full of Life profile on Facebook.

“Given the epidemiological situation in Croatia and the world, the primary goal of the winter communication platform is to maintain interaction with millions of followers around the world to whom we want to bring our country even closer as a quality and diverse destination. We will use attractive winter photos and video materials of Croatian destinations, sights and tourist products, and we will also show traditional recipes for Croatian holiday delicacies. There are also two creative competitions in which we want to beautify December, the month of giving, to our followers on social networks “, said the director of the Croatian Tourist Board Kristjan Staničić.

Namely, the first creative competition is intended for foreign companions who as a main prize can win a five-day stay in Croatia for two people in 2021, as well as occasional gift packages, while the second creative competition is intended for domestic guests who, in addition to gift packages, as the main prize will be able to win an extended weekend stay in 2021 at the Frankopan Hotel in Ogulin and at the Ramarin Ranch in Slavonski Brod, the winners of the #prviput project competition. In this way, the CNTB wants to thank domestic guests for more than 11 million overnight stays in 2020 and encourage them to further explore their own country and discover Croatian tourist beauties.

The display of winter motifs is also carried out through the publication of specially created live photos on Instagram i Facebook profiles, but also through a specially created website Enjoy The Magic Of Croatia  and a special Instagram profile @EnjoyTheView_FromCroatia. Through the above profile, the tourist board can submit photo and video materials, interesting holiday traditions and customs of their region, as well as activities in destinations in the winter.
