Works on a new hotel complex – Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa – an €80 million investment, is nearing completion and 95% of the project is finished for the resort to be opened next spring, the investors, JTH Costabella and executives from the Hilton chain said.
During an inspection of the construction site, the head of construction Lukas Jaros said that the rooms were finished and now the kitchen and common facilities were being completed.
Interior and exterior pools have been built as well as a spa centre with massage areas, saunas and a cosmetics and hairdressing salon and a dental office.
All basement premises have been completed as have works to the beach in front of the resort and now other utilities on the waterfront are being worked on.
The Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa has been built on 18,000 square metres and consists of 10 floors with a total area of 25,000 square metres.
In addition to hotel rooms, guests can book in villa units that are part of the resort.
